Homestead Credit
Improved- Property Tax Relief
If you are over 65 ( or permanently totally disabled) with an income of under $70,000 this credit is for you!
This is a yearly application.
Popular applications (other requirements may apply)
Homestead Credit
Available for Individuals who are 65 years of age or older, or individuals who are permanently and totally disabled with an Income of $70,000 or less per year.
Renters Refund Application
Applications can be submitted to
Office of State Tax Commissioner. The Application for Senior Citizens or Permanently and Totally Disabled Renter's Property Tax Refund is available mid-January through May 31 of each year.
Veteran's Credit
Farm Residence Exemption
Available for veterans of the United States armed forces (or surviving spouse) with a service related disability of 50% or greater.

Farm Residence Exemption
For farmers who reside on 10 Acres of Ag land, spend the majority of their time farming and have a gross farming income of 66% or more.
Other categories include Vacant Farm, Beginning, Retired, Laborer or Surviving Spouse.
